Through handcrafted creations, arts-integrated early childhood education, and natural hair styling and care, CROWNS provides culturally responsive services that center on artistry, learning, and self-expression. CROWNS operates as one brand with three integrated pillars: CREATION, EDUCATION, and CULTURE.

CROWNS Creations includes handmade crochet, sewing, and knit items by Kendyl Joi. We offer creative workshops for kids with student and community-centered making experiences. Creations reinforce fine motor skills, problem-solving, creativity, and entrepreneurial awareness.

CROWNS EDUCATION
But my God shall supply all your [my] need according to his riches in glory by Jesus Christ. (Philippians 4:19)
CROWNS Education includes programs for arts-integrated early childhood learning. This includes music, movement, theater, and visual arts. Our focus is whole-child development and creative engagement with educator professional development.

CROWNS CULTURE includes natural hair styling services and youth hair care education. We focus on cultural identity and self-esteem workshops. Our natural styles range from traditional locs to sisterlocs, microlocs, natural twists, braids, and silk presses, to promote self-worth, cultural affirmation, and holistic wellness.
