The greatest love you can ever give to anyone starts with you. From the crown of your head to the soul of your feet, you must love and honor yourself. When you love yourself, you heal yourself.

TEACHING

Teaching is the light and fire we must all ignite within ourselves. You are your first student. You can be your own teacher. When you know yourself, you can teach and heal others. Teaching is a light in the paths of darkness. That which you overcome becomes that which you have authority over.

BUILDING

After the healing process, the mind is open to receive seeds that can be planted to produce life. In this building process, we affirm our divine abilities and our strengths. There is nothing too hard for us to do. The Kingdom is within you.
